Event Commitment

I acknowledge that I am committed to volunteering for The PULSE Xperience on the selected volunteering dates indicated above.*

Punctuality and Attendance

I agree to arrive at my designated volunteer location at least 30 minutes before my shift begins and understand the importance of punctuality in ensuring a smooth event experience.*

Conduct and Representation

I understand that as a volunteer, I am representing The PULSE Xperience and will conduct myself professionally and respectfully towards all attendees, participants, and fellow volunteers.*

Confidentiality

I agree to keep any sensitive information about the event, participants, and organizers confidential and will not share it with unauthorized parties.*

Health and Safety Compliance

I acknowledge that I will follow all health and safety guidelines provided by The PULSE Xperience team and the venue, including any COVID-19 protocols in place during the event.*

Liability and Insurance

I understand that I am volunteering at my own risk and will not hold The PULSE Xperience, its organizers, or the venue liable for any personal injury or loss of property incurred during my volunteer service.*

Event Support and Communication

I acknowledge that I will maintain open communication with The PULSE Xperience volunteer coordinator and promptly report any issues, concerns, or emergencies during the event.*

Event Coordination

I acknowledge that the PULSE Team will provide information and direction for where volunteer resources are needed throughout the event.*
