PULSE: Visual Artist Agreement

I agree to submit up to 5 pieces of my artwork for consideration to be showcased at PULSE Xperience. I understand that the final selection of artwork will be made by the PULSE Xperience curation team.

I agree to provide high-quality, ready-to-display artwork by August 31st. I understand that the PULSE Xperience team will manage the installation of the artwork, and I may be invited to assist with the process to ensure proper handling and placement.

I agree to actively promote my participation in PULSE Xperience through my social media channels, newsletters, and other platforms. I understand that the PULSE Xperience team will provide promotional materials, including a customized digital flier featuring my name and artwork.

I grant permission for my selected artwork to be photographed and used for promotional purposes by PULSE Xperience, including on their website, social media, and marketing materials. I understand that full credit will be given to me in any such usage.

I understand that I will receive ONE complimentary weekend pass to attend PULSE Xperience.
