PULSE: FILM Agreement

Film Format Requirement

I acknowledge that my film submission must be in h.264 format at 1080p resolution to be considered for screening at PULSE.

Screening Rights

I grant PULSE Xperience the non-exclusive rights to screen my film during the festival date of September 1st, 2024.

Promotional Use

I agree to allow PULSE Xperience to use clips, stills, and promotional materials from my film for marketing and publicity purposes related to the event.

Attendance Commitment

I confirm my availability to attend the screening of my film at PULSE

Content Responsibility

I acknowledge that I am responsible for the content of my film and confirm that it does not infringe on the rights of any third parties, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

Complimentary Admission

I acknowledge that the PULSE Team will provide 2 complimentary weekend passes for your entry to the PULSE Xperience. (One ticket for your admission and a plus one)
